EV Team Process Improvement Analyst

Primary Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a EV Team Process Improvement Analyst for our premier client in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Hybrid on-site working mode is acceptable.

Education and Experience »

• Associate degree of Engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering
• 2+ years of experience with automotive components engineering development project and testing management.
• Experience with the automotive parts development project coordination, relevant timing/process management.
• Experience in Quality Management System(ISO 9000) compliance and audit
• Experience in the technical development management/coordination
• Experience on defining and setup the way of working based on certain software for the information sharing and tasks tracking with an engineering team/department.
• Minimum years of experience needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• BEL/EV team QMS and ISO 17025 certification in the coming period since the relevant tasks grow a lot after the BEL began operation and ID.4 HVB model care(Thermal propagation)localization continued. Especially the BEL ISO 17025 preparation work, as requested by the counterpart in Braunschweig design team, will grow and be important as the goal of the next phase for EV team.
• Setup the purchasing process in BEL operation (especially the frame contract), like Quote retrieval / requesting /planning, manage the invoice process as well for the team.
• Set up information share structure within the team , and grow Microsoft tools as main tool for daily communication
• Understand and streamline daily work for EE4, Define tools and process for daily work
• Customers Internal External
• Support the growing QMS work for the EE4 team and prepare the ISO 17025 certification as requested by German counterpart for BEL (65%)
• Support the EE4 engineers for the QMS documentation and process optimization
• Computer savvy - skilled in the use of Microsoft office software.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding of development project process and/or relevant component validation test operation
• Familiar with the MS office software, especially MS Teams as the virtual working tool, or the equal software tools.
• Familiar with the relevant project and development information sharing with the project team, has a clear mindset of the development process as the base for the efficient improvement
• Work Flexibility: Physical requirements, travel requirements, work schedule, etc.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking - using logic and reason, creative and strategic
• Communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and written
• Project coordination and planning, resource management
• Integration - joining people, processes or systems
• German skills written and verbal are advantageous
