Downey theater is hosting Ladies Night with Taylor Dane & Sheena Easton

Saturday, January 14th at 8:00 PM We are looking for reliable and trained officers to maintain crowd control and demonstrate a professional demeanor to ensure everyone's safety at this event.

Schedules & Shifts:

5:30pm - 11:00pm (Open)

Job Description

• Call the Police Department to respond to suspicious activity or crimes in progress
• Assist staff with agitated patrons as needed/requested by staff
• Assist staff in enforcing park policies as directed by staff
• Enforce boundaries of site location
• Act as ushers inside theatre and enforce theatre policies
• Secure areas to restrict public access;
• Enforce center reservation policies;
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have Guard Card
• Proficient in the English language, both orally and written
• Shows mature judgment, reliability, dependability, tactfulness and self-control
• Ability to retain composure and perform under pressure and to know when to call for assistance
• Ability to meet and deal effectively with the general public
• Ability to give instructions clearly and concisely, firmly but diplomatically
• Ability to construct and write clear, concise, accurate and detailed reports
• Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
