What You'll Contribute
The Executive Administrative Assistant will partner with executive members of the Risk Management Leadership Team. This role will be a valuable member of the Risk Management Chief of Staff Team and report to the Chief of Staff. The Executive Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Senior Executive Administrative Assistant and, in their absence, provide administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer. In addition to working with executive partners in Risk Management, this role will have the opportunity to support governance practices and process enhancements across the department. This role will also support associate recognition efforts and help bring the "magic" to our associates.
Administrative responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and supporting team needs.
What You'll Do
Administrative Support
  • Manages daily calendars for your executive partners - demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
  • Arranges and reserves conference rooms, catering, audio/video, and other essential services as needed for meetings and conferences
  • Coordinates travel arrangements
  • Completes expense reports
Team Support
  • Drives key team activities and events (such as all-hands meeting, team meetings, conferences, and social events)
  • Orders supplies as needed
Risk Management Support
  • Supports associate engagement efforts
  • Supports department governance functions as needed
What You Have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
  • High school diploma supplemented by specialized secretarial courses or equivalent educational experience.
  • 5+ years of administrative and office support for senior management level.
  • Effective written and verbal communicator.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks and office procedures requiring independent judgment with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills and the ability to assist Executive Partners in staying organized and meeting all relevant deadlines.
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
  • Graduated from an accredited business school/college
  • Process management experience
  • Event planning experience
