Our Jewish congregation is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to our executive staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent organizational skills, have an eye for detail, and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Answer phones and take messages for the executive.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,875.00 - $50,466.00 per year
