Job Description*
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a designated member(s) of the Company's Executive Team. As such, you will be expected to act as a Redwood brand ambassador, promote our brand and provide the best resident experience possible.
All Redwood employees are expected to conduct all organizational business and practices in accordance to Redwood company policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities*
- Coordinate, manage and maintain the Executive’s calendar and daily schedule.
- Screen incoming correspondence and calls and make preliminary decisions as to appropriate action.
- Manage logistics for internal and external meetings including, but not limited to, the following: scheduling conference rooms, preparing agendas, managing the collection and production of meeting materials, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and tracking and reporting on status of action items and deliverables.
- Compose, proofread, and edit correspondence, prepare letters, and memos.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
- Ensure expense reports are completed accurately, within budget limits and approved within the system.
- Utilize the company's software systems and corporate resources to find new, innovative ways to improve efficiency.
- Monitor deadlines and manage communications with direct reports.
- Research various topics and prepare reports.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
- All other related duties, as assigned.

Required Qualifications, Education & Certifications*
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of experience supporting and executive or executive team
- General computer proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite experience

Working Conditions*
This job operates in a professional office environment. In this role, the employee will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, desk phones, iPhone, photocopiers, etc. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, bend and walk with the ability to lift 20 pounds where applicable.
