Applicant will be working with their Executive on multiple business, in multiple industries, to relieve their workload while gaining the hands on experience needed to assume the duties of the Executive.
Requirements:- Available - we don't clock out and turn our phones off at five, we work when there is work to do. It is our responsibility to ensure that our businesses are successful and our teams have continued employment and as such you will be expected to be available outside of "normal business hours"
- Organized - at any given time you may be working in/on multiple businesses in different capacities which will require you to be organized in all of your tasks
- Personable - we work hard, have fun, and build relationships while we do it. Our coworkers are our family and you will be expected to be able to work closely with an assortment of people and personalities to nurture that environment. There is no room for ego in a successful business and as such you will be expected to check yours at the door so you can be a part of our cohesive team
- Adaptable - we have our hands in multiple businesses and things change everyday. You will be expected to brainstorm and take initiative in uncovering new and creative ways to problem solve as needed
