- Has complete oversight and administration of PACE Organization operations for all of the PACE programs including new PACE sites opening in the future.
- Will be responsible for the effective planning, organization, administration, and evaluation of the organization’s primary care medical clinic, the contracted provider network, 24-hour care delivery system, rehabilitation and therapeutic services, day health center, home care services, transportation and Quality Assurance activities.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration, business administration, nursing, public health, social work or related health/human services field preferred. Master’s degree preferred. Professional license and/or certification preferred. A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience as a manager or administrator in a human and/or health care services operation, preferably serving the aging population. A minimum of one year’s experience in working with the frail or elderly population required.
- Previous experience in PACE Management preferred.
- For individuals with an advanced degree, a minimum of four (4) years of experience is required as a manager or administrator in a human and/or health care services operation, preferably serving the aging population.
- Employee must sign a Business Protection Agreement.
