Job Description:
The Executive Scheduler reports to the Chief of Staff and provides key administrative and logistical support to the President to ensure that the President’s schedule is organized and prioritized to support internal and external business needs.

Duties and Tasks:
The Executive Scheduler prepares correspondences; manages complex calendar and travel arrangements; records, tracks, and responds to incoming requests, meeting coordination, and conference/event arrangements in a well-organized and timely manner. The Executive Scheduler is a self-directed team player who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and ensures consistent high-quality results.

Special Assignments

May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

  • Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends, as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Significant senior-level administrative and scheduling experience.
  • Well organized and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
