Overview

We are looking for experienced home inspectors to join our growing team in the Atlanta area. We are looking for an individual who is inspired by helping people, has a thirst for knowledge, and is looking to be at the front line of a team that is changing an industry. This role requires an individual who demonstrates a high level of integrity, attention to detail, excellent verbal and writing skills, as well as the physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., and crawl through crawlspaces. We can provide insurance, worker's compensation, retirement benefits, ongoing training, software, tools, and the inspections. Our inspectors typically work Monday-Friday and an occasional weekend. We also use highly customized software that minimizes time spent on report writing so you can have evenings with your family!

Roles

• Perform visual inspection of residential properties
• Produce written reports for clients (using our proprietary software)
• Provide guidance/consultation to home buyers and real estate agents

Important Requirements

We have a rigorous screening process that is intended to ensure you are a good fit for the position and that our team is a good fit for you. There are three steps to be completed for us to consider you as a serious candidate for the position. The first step is to complete information and tests on Indeed. Indeed will ask you to complete the "Attention to Detail" screening test. After the test is completed we will send an email with information regarding the next two steps.
