Locksmith and Door Hardware Installer

ECD Systems, LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced full-time Door & Hardware Installer that has experience with electronic hardware to join our dynamic installation team. Ideal candidate:

• 3-4 years experience
• Can work independently with little guidance is a must.

• Has experience installing or servicing electronic hardware, crash bars, maglocks, panic bar, door closures
• Knowledge with commercial access control systems a plus
• Conduit installation experience a plus
• Welding experiences a plus
• Should be familiar with current ADA guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Install various lock types and door equipment including low-voltage electrified panic hardware, locking systems, exit devices, door closers, floor checks and door butts.
• Ability to read, interpret and analyze architectural blueprints and electrical schematics
• Install and repair door hardware including panic bars, automatic door openers, mortise locks, and hydraulic closing fixtures.
• Works with various trades, vendors, and contractors in completing projects or tasks.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn new product and drive to be a successful part of our team.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years experience in electrical door hardware
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check & drug test
• Valid Arizona Driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be 18 years or older to drive a commercial vehicle
• Obtain OSHA certification within 90 days of employment (company paid)
