The Role

With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the Quality Team Administrator is responsible for acting as the liaison between client facilities and contracted employees


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provides contracted employees with the appropriate post hire information while ensuring all necessary processes are completed timely and in compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Post hiring responsibilities include monitoring valid licenses (in conjunction with Licensing Specialist), scheduling drug screens, obtaining medical documentation, background checks, and gather/maintain employee’s required credentials.
  • Collect appropriate caregiver testing and ensuring all current contracted employees’ documents have been obtained prior to their expiration.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in both Onboarding and Compliance functions.
  • Other responsibilities as necessary.

What We Look For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Microsoft Office Knowledge, PowerPoint, and proficient in Excel
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as necessary
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
  • Occasionally move throughout office environment
  • Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance
  • Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment

Experience

Preferred
