This position will be hired through Brown-Forman Reserve Power. Work hours are Mon-Fri 40 hours a week. This position is temporary for a length of 4 months at 20.00 an hour.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily posting in SAP of materials and finished goods receipts as reported by multiple EMO co-packing facilities
- When necessary, investigate and determine corrective action required to ensure accuracy of data entry. Audit entries to validate accuracy of inventories and related values, proper relief of raw materials
- Post monthly inventory adjustments in SAP for raw materials and finished goods ensuring that entries are accurately posted and follow proper accounting procedures.
- When segregation of duties permits, issues purchase and production orders in SAP
- issues Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP, liaise with internal and external resources to make sure said STOs are done correctly and on time
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with SAP.
- Very organized with high attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently
- Materials Management experience in SAP a significant plus
