BRIEF:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be primarily responsible for preparing documents for new vehicles to prospective purchasers, maximizing dealership profitability and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care.

Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval.
- Makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals.
- Offering vehicle financing and leasing to customers.
- Offer aftermarket products & service agreements to customers.
- Work closely with management & sales team with process and documentation.
- Enforces and Run Ofac & Redflag reports for compliance.
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal regulations.
- Cultivating and maintain relationship with BMW FS for approvals and stipulations.
- Verifying funds and deposit for COD.
- Assist the service department with warranty inquiries
- Reviews, manages and updates customer database as required.
- Ensure and manage incoming email and phones from clients.
- Contract enrollment verification and processing data.
- Making sure the paperwork is complete and accurate before it goes to billing.
- Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
