Position Specifics: Full-Time, W2, hourly position, Conus, 9:00-5:00 M-F within EST, CST, MST, PST time zones.

Compensation & Benefits:
- 8 Federally Paid Holidays and 2 weeks of PTO after 90 days
- $400/month of credit through our ICHRA or $300/month through our WorkPerks plan which can be used to reimburse insurance or medical expenses after 90 days.

- $13/hour, evaluated for an increase to $15/hour after 90 days and to $17.50 after 180 days.

Job Summary:
The goal of this role is to help clients raise money and grow their audience using Facebook Challenge virtual fundraisers. Facebook Challenge Specialists will work closely with clients on their individual Facebook Challenges, setting them up, modifying them to improve performance, and communicating with the client throughout the process.
We’re looking for someone who will help produce great results for clients and strengthen our relationship with clients to an incredible degree as we become an increasingly crucial part of their fundraising and growth engine.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Executing Facebook Challenges creatively and effectively.
- Setting up assigned Facebook Challenges and positioning clients to be very successful.
- Serving as the primary client point of contact for assigned challenges.
- Being the primary champion and coordinating champions for assigned challenges.
- Fundraiser posting, SMS messaging and coming up with other tasks to make your assigned challenges successful.
- Having and implementing improvement ideas that can be applied to future challenges.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must reside within the continental United States.
- Bachelor's degree (Required).
- Comfortable with technology, including competence with computers, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and the willingness to go outside of your comfort zone to learn more.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent grasp of the English language, including spelling of words, rules of composition, and proper grammar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and a home environment that supports working remotely.
- Ability to meet quality standards and provide positive customer service to clients.
- Ability to receive constructive criticism and feedback on your work and a constant willingness to improve.
- Ability to analyze data and information and identify the underlying principles, reasons, and facts behind it.
- Maintain a good attitude, friendliness with clients, and positivity with team members.
- Ability to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities, and complete tasks quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work most hours during the business week.
- Strong need for attention to detail and the ability to proofread your own work quickly and accurately.

Tech Requirements:
