Are you open to being on-call for one week at a time every 4 to 5 weeks?

Do you have experience with drywall, painting, electrical work, plumbing, construction, or general home maintenance? Do others ask you to help them with home projects and repairs? Working as a maintenance technician, you will have the unique opportunity to help our clients live their very best lives in their very own home. You will meet clients of all ages, backgrounds, and with varied interests. Some will want to watch you work, others will stay in their rooms, some will want you to show them what you are doing, others might attempt to work alongside you. Our maintenance technicians get to know our clients and tell us that they thoroughly enjoy working in our clients’ homes.
We are looking for a full-time, maintenance technician to help us keep our clients’ homes safe, maintained, and in optimal shape. We need a maintenance technician that will use our ticketing system to prioritize daily work, provide exceptional service with quality outcomes, be tidy while working, respect our clients’ homes by cleaning as you go and leaving the place better than you found it.
Our clients live in homes throughout St. Charles, St. Louis, Warren, and Franklin Counties. Most homes are occupied by 2 to 4 clients. The clients and their support team request maintenance for a variety of home projects/issues ranging from drywall repair, plumbing clogs, furniture moving, appliance and HVAC service, construction projects, remodels, painting, and much more. Our maintenance technicians are the key to making sure our clients’ homes are well maintained, comfortable, and safe.
We need someone who can keep our clients’ homes looking beautiful, according to our clients’ preferences and style. We need maintenance technicians that think like a business owner and strive to do things right the first time while working swiftly. We need someone who always finishes what they start no matter the challenges. We need someone who will record the tasks they do throughout the day in our ticketing system.
