Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager shall manage all areas of house and grounds in conjunction with the Store Manager. The Facilities Manager will inspect the overall condition of all locations inside and out and uphold/implement existing and newly agreed upon policies and procedures. He/she will report any areas of improvement to the Store Manager for follow-up and assist with scheduling any needed equipment or building repairs in accordance with the set company standards.
Outside the Store
-Front lot is being kept free from trash
-Grass/Plants are free from weeds and being mowed
-Planters have fresh flowers
-Seasonal Décor is set up and taken down according to company standards
Inside the store ensure that:
-Trash cans are being emptied
-Floors are being Mopped and Swept
-Accounting Invoices and Mail are being collected and put in intercompany folder
-Desks areas in customer view are generally neat and presentable
-Coffee is being stocked in customer waiting areas
-Customer waiting areas are clean All tires are scheduled for recycling and stacked in a neat manner
-Report any needed repairs to facility or equipment to Store Manager and assist with obtaining repair quotes as needed
-Seasonal Décor is set up and taken down according to company standards
Parts Maintenance
-Inventory is performed, reports turned into Accounting.
-Assist Store Managers with Parts Returns as Needed Loaner Maintenance
-Inspect Loaner Vehicles for Damage
-Schedule any necessary maintenance
-Make sure the inside is clean and presentable
-Make sure vehicles are fueled
Mail Maintenance
-Accounting Invoices and Mail are being collected and put in the intercompany folder
-Mailboxes are swapped and delivered to Accounting as per schedule.
Coverage Maintenance
-Act as Floating Service Advisor as needed o Following the most current Service Advisor Company Procedures
