FANFAB is looking for an experienced, highly motivated salesperson with an established book of clients and accounts and a developed skill set to increase sales volume and build new partnerships to generate future growth and revenue. Reporting directly to the President this individual will be provided with all necessary tools to collaborate with internal and external partners as well as resources needed to make every decision most efficient and successful. The Sales Account Executive will have flexibility to structure their day-to-day business strategy that best meets their work standards and needs. Accountability and Expectations:

  • Always provide personal attention and service to all client needs, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Source and present new product request ideas that are on trend and exceed client expectations. Provide virtual samples or spec samples
  • Strengthen existing client base while building new business.
  • Provide input as needed to leadership in the design, development, and manufacturing phases of each program to constantly improve the production model and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest product or program improvements responsive to client feedback and industry trends.
  • Oversee product development from preproduction through delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative team to customize all necessary marketing tools and presentations that best reflect FANFAB vast services and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE A CURRENT CLIENT BOOK OF SALES WITH ONGOING ACCOUNTS
  • Proven knowledge and examples of successful product design
  • Detail oriented and strong work ethics
  • Strategic and analytic thinking skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions when necessary
  • Follows retail, fashion, and promotional trends
  • Always abide by company code of conduct and sustainability goals

Required Education / Industry Knowledge:

  • 5+ years of previous experience in sales industry, experience driving sales initiatives or account management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed established revenue goals
  • Ability to establish strong, long-lasting relationships at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
  • Ability to proactively create, execute, and adapt client strategy to achieve goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams), Internet, Zoom
  • Must be able to navigate within Microsoft Excel (able to sort, filter, use tables)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present to all levels within an organization
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals

Working Conditions:

  • Position location could be hybrid or in office
  • Ability to accommodate multiple time-zones with primary ET (EST/EDT/CST)
  • Dedicated office workspace and high-speed internet
  • Main factory and office located on Long Island, NY for hands on production and in-house creative support.

Pay: $46,499.35 - $300,000.00 per year
