Job Summary
The Federal Work Study position is responsible for assisting the Office of Human Resources with day-to-day operations related to general office tasks and data entry. To qualify for a federal work study position, you must be a Georgia College student who has been deemed eligible to receive federal work study funds through the Office of Financial Aid.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support - 50
Perform general clerical duties. Duties may include but are not limited to: filing, sorting, photocopying, maintaining records, deliveries, running errands, operating office machines/equipment, and processing onboarding documents.
Position handles highly sensitive confidential information.
Customer Service - 50
Provide excellent customer service to employees, retirees, and others on the phone and in person. Duties include, but are not limited to answering and directing telephone calls, greeting and assisting customers.

Educational Requirement
Must be currently enrolled as a fulltime student at Georgia College.
Other Requirement
Must be designated as eligible for Federal Work Study funds through the Office of Financial Aid.
