Field Marketing Coordinator Job at Greenlight Networks
The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for outreach and advocacy to drive interest and consideration of Greenlight Networks’ fiber internet. Primary responsibilities include community relationships, local events, and marketing tactics that drive sign-ups, orders, and increase penetration for Greenlight’s fiber internet. This position serves as the marketing point of contact in the greater Rochester area to further advance the mission, goals, and awareness of Greenlight Networks.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager the position will:
- Identify and execute on marketing opportunities and tactics that will increase awareness, sign-ups, and orders for Greenlight’s fiber to the home services. Own the implementation of the local marketing tactics, with support from the broader marketing team, to demand of Greenlight’s high-speed residential Internet service. Drive customer acquisition programs and tactics to meet penetration goals.
- Create awareness of growth plans, our products and services, expansion in the community, and ways to help people convert internet services.
- Own local marketing tactics which include door hanging, social media, webinars, email marketing, hosted events, and other local sponsorships, etc.
- Coordinate and manage community engagement and outreach activities in the greater Rochester area. Build and manage relationships with local community boards, community-based organizations, and community stakeholders.
- Identify community events in Greenlight serviceable areas that provide exposure opportunities for prospective customers. Create Greenlight-centric events in neighborhoods that are under construction. Coordinate all aspects of the events.
- Conduct educational seminars (in-person and virtual) to inform community members regarding the benefits of fiber internet and cord cutting tools and resources.
- Identify public relations opportunities that will drive sign-ups and orders. Work with Marketing and Business Development to coordinate and leverage those opportunities.
