Data Center Specialist will work in Montague County Texas.

Responsibilities

In the first 2 months, Data Center Specialist need to participant the Data Center construction together with manager and 3rd party contractors.

· Participants portions of the data center construction when needed, which may include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, internet wiring etc.

· Order, arrange delivery, move materials related to the build and work with the vendors to ensure the correct deliveries are taking place according to the timeline.

· Help manager to keep the project on the appropriate timeline and ensuring a quality build. Communicate status of the project throughout the build with manager when needed.

· Other works assigned by manager.

After construction finishes and the site start to operate, Data Center Specialist is responsible for the daily operation and management of the facility and BTC machines.

· Responsible for the daily operation and management of BTC machines, network equipment and other equipment in the site (including but not limited to: mining machines setup, configuration, and transfer; handling emergencies such as power failure, network failure, local temperature overheating, etc.), as well as the facility cleaning, site maintenance and security, to ensure that the BTC machine runs stably;

· Responsible for fault handling of BTC machines;

· Assist in the statistics and registration of on-site assets to ensure the safety of site assets;

· Provide various daily reports on time, including operation and maintenance daily reports, service daily reports, etc.;

· Analyze the demands and problems in the daily operation, and improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the site;

· Other works assigned by line manager.

Requirements

· An associate or above degree in information technology, computer scienceare preferred.

· Physically capable do some manual work like lifting weights of up to 25 pounds, walking short distances, and using hands and wrists for lengthy periods, among others.

· Good at customer service.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Remain calm in high-pressure environments to work efficiently.

· The skill of using excavator, trencher, forklift, skid steer etc. will be very helpful.

· Electrical, network installation, operation and maintenance experience are plus.

· Network operation and maintenance experience is a plus

· Experience in blockchain data center is a plus.

· Work flexible hours and be ready to work in shifts when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
