Field Sales Representative
Metabo HPT - Koki Holdings America Ltd.
Remote position based in Atlanta, Ga and covering territory throughout Eastern and Central FL and South GA markets. Excellent opportunity for recent college grads or anyone interested in expanding their sales background into outside sales and territory management.
SUMMARY:
Represent Metabo HPT in the field with home improvement stores by selling, demonstrating, and building relationships with End Users, Pro Sales Managers, and Store Associates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visit Big Box Hardware/Construction Supply Retail stores on a monthly basis with high concentration on product demonstrations.
- Provide extensive product knowledge training to various levels of employees including Senior Associates and Pro Services team
- Coordinate directly with the store’s Pro Sales Specialists to set up Pro events at the store
- Work with Pro Sales Managers to make joint visits to key customer job sites with demos to end users
- Monitor product displays and review with store's merhcandising teams to maintain set integrity
- Represent Metabo HPT at events, such as grand openings, contractor sales events and product demonstrations
- Build relationships with personnel and enhance business partnerships
- Follows sales plans to introduce new products within the assigned territory
- Reports on industry activity and metrics as it relates to Metabo HPT within the assigned territory
- Prepares daily activity reports
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Field Sales or Marketing related role for Power Tools, Hardware, or other Construction Supplies preferred
- Analytical ability to recognize trends and create strategies to improve success of products
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter as well as with a team for problem-solving and completing Sales Projects
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
