- Responsible for handling multiple sites(hospitals/clinics) .
- Drive and motivate the team
- Customer relationship building
- Customer escalation management
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- SLA and KPI management
- Good knowledge on field services management (Desktop/End user computing)
- Incident and request management
- Familiar with ticketing tool
- Reviewing technicians’ performance and utilization review
- On call support
- Report generation from ticketing tool
