McCue is seeking Field Services Technicians who will be a part of a disciplined and motivated crew of (4) McCue Self-Perform Installers who are responsible for daily tasks and safety adherence at McCue worksites as directed by the Project Foreperson. They will travel frequently with the Self-Perform crew and represent the company onsite at customer locations. The Field Services Installer will interact with clients and agencies including construction managers and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality installation of McCue projects as specified according to company standards, purchase orders, and scope of work.
• Travel to project sites based on a schedule.
• Use of various tools and safely perform during the installation phase.
• Complete projects on time and on budget with daily reporting.
• Work closely with the Project Foreperson to support customer needs and corporate directions.
• Maintain site and keep all work areas clean and safe.
• Support and complement our sales process and ensure strong customer relations at all appropriate levels through the timely completion of installation projects.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, site safety, general contracting, or construction management.
• Ability to operate basic construction tools.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Available to work overnight and on weekends when necessary.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast changes with work scope and travel.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Successful background and drug screen.
• Ability to lift heavy materials daily (80+ lbs.)
