Location: Remote
Note: 2 weeks minimum possibly more of training to Wisconsin, training is onsite, job is remote
Work shift (days/times) – 8 to 5 first shift
Contract 12 months
Pay Rate upto: $26/hr
The Customer/Field Support Specialist will serve as a main point of contact supporting service delivery for a team of Field Service Engineers and biomedical technicians and Directors of Service. This role will request outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound support calls with field personnel to ensure timely service delivery
2. Provide field support to Field Service Engineers, BMETs and Directors of Service. Primary point of contact for the following: Service Delivery escalation support – PO collection, Parts Escalations, Tools Management, Inventory Management etc. IB (Install Base) Maintenance, Customer Reporting, Track and/or complete administrative tasks as identified to support field personnel
3. Manage multiple dispatching queues and ensure timely closure or escalation of all dispatches
4. Management of on-call schedules, exception hours
5. Management of assets team assignments in Siebel
6. Management of quality metrics to ensure operational excellence around service delivery
7. Root cause escalations to identify systemic solutions
8. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent training and work experience.
2. Three years’ experience in a customer service environment.
3. Strong computer system knowledge and working ability including the following applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Windows, Siebel, Oracle
1. Work schedule within business hours of operation supporting regional alignment with potential overtime as needed.
Desired Characteristics
1. Experience in the Healthcare Field and/or Service Organization
2. Experience working with Diagnostic Imaging service requests, Siebel 8.1 and Cares/Mainframe
3. Building Relationships: Initiates contact with other individuals; builds and maintains positive relationships to accomplish organizational goals; relates to people in an open, friendly, accepting manner; shows sincere interest in others and their concerns.
4. Communication Skills: Strong and effective verbal and written communicator and presenter - one on one and in-group settings.
