Field Tech / Project Manager - windows, doors, bathroom remodeling Job at Install America

We are seeking an experienced Field Technician/Project Manager for our NC and SC territory . This position serves a key role in the servicing, measuring, and managing of an assigned group of projects. The focus of this position is dedicated to our residential Bathroom and window divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily schedule of appointments assigned.
- Evaluate assigned service calls daily. Troubleshoot issue/s and remedy. Communicate any trending issues.
- Evaluate pre-measure inspection appointments. Review contract with customer to align expectations. Offer management and/or customer other project solutions that could offer a more efficient and desirable project.
- Take all measurements, notes, and pictures for each project.
- Order all material accurately for project.
- Work closely with Operation Manager and installers to ensure expectations are being met.
- Work closely with Service Manager to ensure expectations are being met.
- Identify upsell opportunities during measure or service appointments.
- Responsible to manage materials on projects including returns or any short orders.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in residential remodeling focused on roofing and siding projects.
- Physical ability to climb ladder, work from roof, etc.
- Experience with material take-offs and ordering process
- Communication oriented
- Ability to build rapport with customer and continuing to provide stellar customer service
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
