A. Morton Thomas & Associates, Inc. (AMT, Inc.) is hiring a Field-To-Finish Surveyor to join our Washington, DC or Rockville, MD office. Position entails performing both field and office survey tasks and preparing final survey deliverables. Individual should be well versed with field and office survey procedures.

Responsibilties

• Performing Field and Office tasks for boundary, topographic, transportation, ALTA and as-built surveys
• Prepare Finished CAD Survey Drawings

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as party chief and survey technician with relative survey experience.
• Competence in operating robotic total stations, GPS-RTK, digital leveling, and electronic data collection.
• Competence in preparation of survey drawings using autocad and civil3D software.
• Self-motivated, responsible and dependable.
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor and team members.
• 2 or 4-year degree in Surveying or related field is preferred.
