Synertex is looking to hire Fielders for the Global Fielding Services Contract in support of PM Mission Command New Equipment Training / New Equipment Fielding.

Description:

Fielders provide supply issue and transaction services on behalf of the GFS contract, ensuring units receive, inventory and transfer property to unit property books. They are experts in property accountability, using DPAS and GCSS-A.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop unit issue plans, including shipment of equipment to and from the issue sites, in coordination with PM MC DSEs and warehouses.
  • Travel to locations, interface with receiving unit personnel, conduct the appropriate inventories and process the transaction paperwork.
  • Employ the SMART tool, GCSS-A and other automated systems as needed for mission execution.
  • Manage inventory of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) to issue to military units.
  • Coordinate with receiving unit personnel as directed for mission planning.
  • Be proficient in equipment issue for all programs in the GFS portfolio (JBC-P, TMC, FSC2 and CPI2).
  • Cross-train team members in the responsibilities and skills as a Fielder.
  • Expand personal knowledge into other team roles, such as NET Instructor, Installer and FEL.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of a SECRET clearance.
  • Possess a current U.S. Passport
  • Be available for travel up to 75% of the time (depending on mission requirements).
  • Understand supply transaction requirements in support of fielding missions (lateral transfers, hand receipts, signature cards, etc).
  • Understand automated supply systems, such as the SMART Tool, GCSS-A or other similar programs.
  • Able to manage logistics as well as physically move equipment up to 60lbs in support of mission requirements.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Ability to relocate primary duty station as required by the government.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of at least one program in the GFS portfolio (JBC-P, CPCE, AFATDs, etc.).
  • Prior experience in the military supply systems (Unit Supply, Unit Warehouse, Property Book, etc.)
  • Have a broad and thorough understanding of the fielding and training requirements for JBC-P/JBC-P LOG, CPCE, AFATDS and other programs in the GFS portfolio.
  • Be trained as a prior FEL, Installer, Fielder, NET Instructor or other Labor Category in the GFS program or other similar program.
  • Possess knowledge in non-GFS programs (DCGS-A, AMDWS, TAIS, etc.).
  • College Degree
  • Prior Military service
