Job Description:

Intrinsic is looking for a skilled and self-motivated Fighter Aircrew (F-15/16/18/22/35, A-10, AV-8b, or EA-6b) to join a highly talented teams in developing modern simulation platforms across the Aerospace industry. You will be an integral team member testing and developing, online modeling and simulation software of current simulation platforms and/or general fighter SME work in support of various government contract programs. This is a significant opportunity to shape the software and products of the future from the ground up and work closely with assembled experts on a dedicated and talented team. As a team member, you may:

• Develop realistic simulation environment emulating real world systems and platforms
• Develop simulation models for sensors, communications, digital entity movement, AI enabled behaviors, electronic effects, and command and control
• Maintain aircraft systems knowledge for the TMS assigned
• Test hardware and software updates on training devices for your assigned platforms
• Cross train on other Fighter aircraft (as required)
• Work on a dynamic, adaptable, and high performing team
• Rapidly grow your skills with the latest technology
• Deliver high quality product features exceeding client expectations

Minimum qualifications:

• REQUIRED - DoD Secret Clearance – U.S. Citizenship
• 1000+ flight hours in military aircraft
• Desire and interest to learn and grow outside core job requirements
• Availability to travel when needed (10% max)

Preferred qualifications:

• 1500+ flight hours
• Weapons School Graduate
• Engineering Degree

Job Type: Full-time (Part-Time availability as needed)

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
