- Support the integration, configuration, and customization of a third-party SaaS real-time fraud screening tool to support digital and assisted onboarding and ongoing screenings. This includes device authentication, fraud identify checks, name and media screening, rules orchestration, case management, alerts, reporting, and end to end capabilities
- Identify and document stakeholder requirements to meet or exceed critical product SLAs while meeting our rigorous risk and fraud standards
- Work closely with subject matter experts to support product management from beginning to end: vision, rollout, and post optimization
- Partner with multiple Crews and Pods in an agile delivery environment, including Onboarding, Fraud, Financial Crimes. Risk, Security & Case Management product teams
- Deliver quality deliverables and manage to aggressive timelines, managing concurrent priorities and projects
- Be part of a high performing team and drive successful implementations

To better serve Financial Advisors and clients in North America, UBS aims to modernize the Banking capabilities of UBS Bank USA, and deliver a more holistic, full-service banking offering to our clients. UBS will digitize the core Banking systems to be faster, more effective, and more efficient in delivering lending and cash management offerings with a focus on key segments. UBS will build on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores with digitally led and high touch capabilities and further align to the UBS client promise –personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.
You’ll be joining the Wealth Management Digital Strategy & Platforms team in Weehawken, NJ. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically-focused whole through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.

Your expertise
- a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- minimum 5 years of product or operations management experience showing progression/promotion within the tech or financial services industry
- understanding of Wealth Management and Banking products /services
- familiarity with supporting fraud, risk & operations systems in the wealth management, financial services, or other applicable industries
- knowledge of AML, Fraud and Sanctions requirements and implications
