Job Duties:
- Perform multifaceted financial analysis across a range of cost categories.
- Analyze financial trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide assistance to operations team in developing robust business processes that contribute to overall improvement in workplace efficiency and profitability.
- Develop robust analytical tools within QuickBooks to allow for top management team to review business performance.
- Perform detail accounting analysis and process related Journal Entries.
- Assist in inventory control with physical inventories, monitoring cycle counts, and providing inventory management reporting.
- Conduct routine analysis of cost variances and identify root cause(s) and required recommendations to management for cost reduction.
- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, including reports regarding deviation from plan.
- Assist in company-wide cost savings initiatives, i.e., on-going identification and analysis of activities to drive cost reductions and margin enhancement.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in BA, Finance, or Accounting
