Our Position: We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst for our corporate office located in Williamsville, NY to perform accounting & analysis for the Agency including, but not limited to, general ledger coding, expense analysis, budget variance research and ad hoc reporting. This position also involves:

• Supports the Director of Finance and Senior Financial Analyst in preparing the annual operating and capital budget, variance analysis, and financial forecasts. Assists in the timely filing of the annual fiscal report with NYS.
• Prepares periodic reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to: bank accounts, investment accounts, prepaid and deferred expense accounts.
• Oversees and reviews accuracy of general ledger data and fixed asset/construction-in-progress accounts and reconciliations. Approves and posts new assets, retirements, and depreciation into the accounting software.

Our Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm (40 hrs. per week)
Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Major in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting with at least (3) yrs. of related experience OR
• Associates Degree with major in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting with (5) yrs. of related experience.
