Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Perform reconciliations and review for accuracy.
- Support cost accounting and budget analysis functions.
- Provide cost and variance analysis.
- Identify and report improvements to the executive team.
Financial Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of accounting, analysis, and reporting experience.
- Familiar with reporting software and intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
