Job description
Produce Monthly Financial Statements – (P&L, BS, AP, AR & Profitability)
Providemonthly statement analysis and updates
Monthly meeting with Project Managers to review job progress and billings
Insure billing is appropriate with cost and completion
Process Vendor checks
Sales Tax reporting
Weekly collections calls
Process customer payments
Bank Deposits
Obtain Lien Waivers
Cash flow reports
Bank Reconciliations
Certified Payrolls submission
Reviews and rate adjustments
Set up prevailing wage rates
Workers Compensation monthly reporting and claims
Workman’s Compensation Audits
Verify accuracy of Health Insurance billings
Track Health Insurance Eligibility and annual renewals
Employee training on online capabilities for Simple IRA and Benefits
E-Verify any new employees and send WH forms to state of Missouri
Provide Employee Handbooks and obtain employee signoffs
Handle miscellaneous employee inquiries

Pay: $61,205.44 - $100,000.00 per year
