Financial Counselor II Job at Lutheran Medical Group
Provides support in assisting patients and family members with resolution of all of their financial needs by establishing payment arrangements or financial assistance determination. This includes postponement of services and charity application processing. This position serves as a liaison on behalf of the practice and patient. As with all Lutheran Medical Group positions, to always promote, through actions and attitudes, the highest level of customer care and service.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- No licensure or certification required for this position.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service preferred but not required.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
