We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join our growing FP&A team that has experience in data management and analysis of financial data. Our FP&A team is transitioning from manual reporting to automated reporting, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with change, and who has the capability of learning and of always moving the pieces forward for improvement. The role will require the ability to effectively communicate issues and areas of improvement with the Director of Finance. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate revenue and other related data reporting for veterinary hospitals.

• Coordinate with the Finance and IT Teams to ensure revenue data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Provide weekly and monthly standardized reporting and KPIs related to revenue.
• Lead reporting improvements by identifying opportunities for self-service reporting through PowerBI.
• Liaise with hospitals and IT teams to identify reporting improvements.
• Provide ad hoc analysis on revenue reporting, including price and volumes.
• Leverage revenue and related data to assist in forecasting and budgeting.

• 
  Finance or equivalent degree is preferred. Will consider some college with significant experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an analyst
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience required; Snowflake or other data management tool, and PowerBI or other visualization tool experience preferred.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

This position will be on site, and is not a remote position. There is a possibility of moving to remote once the incumbent is established.
