Your qualities and expertise:
- Relevant industry experience or knowledge in Federal Benefits.
- Superb relationship building skills.
- Ability to simplify, clarify, and explain benefits to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Desire to provide exemplary service to clients.
