The Financial Systems Analyst is a part of the Digital Finance team that identifies, optimizes, and automates highly manual, repetitive processes throughout the Finance and Accounting organization. This role serves as a key member of the digital transformation and innovation life cycle to ensure effective solutions are identified and developed to improve processes and/or generate cost out within the business.

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholder teams to identify, vet, and gather requirements for finance processes deemed candidates for automation
• Partner with business teams to ensure that the As-Is process flow and any required access requests for completion are documented
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design an optimized To-Be process that captures updated processes and highlights the processing efficiencies, reporting needs, and error-handling requirements
• Create process documentation, Problem statements, user stories with business rules and exception criteria, partnering closely with the development team to ensure on-time completion while minimizing blockers
• Create, document, and monitor test cases to cover reviews for internal QA, stakeholder UAT, and Financial Controls
• Act as business lead and main point of contact for automation best practices, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Become a subject matter expert for each automation throughout the requirements gathering processes, developing an in-depth, end-to-end understanding of business rules, applications used, and exceptions

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• 1+ year of SAP experience
• Knowledge of UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, Google Cloud, and other technologies (Microsoft Power Platform, BigQuery)
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirement documents
• Ability to communicate and synthesize technical and business information to technical and non-technical individual stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience supporting large projects: collaborative design sessions, business requirement gatherings, future state process design, and documenting requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

• Prior experience as business or financial analyst, with Planning and Forecasting experience.
• Prior experience with SAP or related ERP system, also with Hyperion, Cognos, Khalix or related Planning tools.
• Executive Presentation preparation

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
