The local restaurant group who brought you PYRO's Fire Fresh Pizza and Wolf River Brisket Company is proud to announce their latest concept, Limelight. Launched in Fall 2022, Limelight is a high-end, cocktail-forward social restaurant that will feature a seasonal menu. It is located in the heart of Germantown, TN.

The ideal candidate will be focused on the fine details of elevated service with a passion to make emotional connections with guests and work with a team in the art of hospitality.

Important: Limelight's official hours of operation will be from 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Wed - Sat (temporary)

Line Cook - Both Day and Night time shifts needed!

Line Cooks are the front-line for ensuring the perfect preparation of our unique and carefully crafted recipes.

Responsibilities include:

• Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties
• Operating various food preparation equipment
• Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees
• Have an eye for detail, precise ingredient preparation and food plating
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
• Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders
• And most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
