Infinity Jewelry is a fine jewelry store specializing in unique and custom made jewelry.
We are looking for a sales associate who is energetic, confident, friendly, and passionate about jewelry with the ability to provide high-end customer service.
The ideal candidate will easily work with a wide range of clients in store and online to provide design options and accurate pricing for jewelry. You can manage multiple projects at once, working with other departments to ensure due dates are met for the client. Team attitude is a must, and you can establish strong customer relationships.
Associate will enjoy a relaxed but professional atmosphere, competitive compensation included.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess customer needs and encourage interest in merchandise using experience and understanding of industry trends. Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner with the ability to confidently and respectably engage a diverse clientele.
- Process repair orders, complete sales using POS software, and follow similar day-to-day procedures.
- Purchase jewelry for refinement by identifying metals, evaluating diamonds and gemstones, and presenting offers per commodity values.
- Assist with store openings and closings, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Be knowledgeable about or be willing to gain knowledge of diamonds, precious metals, and color gemstones.
- Understand full range of showroom merchandise, special order, valuation, and custom work possibilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
