The Position: We're looking for a skilled Finisher/Remodeler to join our team!

• Carpentry: measuring, marking, cutting, shaping, and finishing wood
• Trim work, cabinetry, and other wood design
• Framing: steel and wood
• Drywall: hanging of drywall, taping and match texture, as well as level 5 smooth wall
• Flooring repairs: Ceramic tile, LVT, carpet tiles, and rubber or vinyl cove base
• Painting: brush, roll and spray

What you'll be responsible for as a Finisher/Remodeler:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
• Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle
• Explain the restoration process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for work flow and timelines
• Review completed files for profitability and accuracy of the original scope.
• Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to administration

What you need to have:

• 1-3 years carpentry experience managing water damage and fire damage emergency services
• Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills
• Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Very strong organizational and time management skills.
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable and drug free
