We're looking for a Finisher/Remodeler to join our Baton Rouge, LA team!
- $16-$20 per hour depending on experience

The Position: We're looking for a skilled Finisher/Remodeler to join our team!
- Carpentry: measuring, marking, cutting, shaping, and finishing wood
- Trim work, cabinetry, and other wood design
- Framing: steel and wood
- Drywall: hanging of drywall, taping and match texture, as well as level 5 smooth wall
- Flooring repairs: Ceramic tile, LVT, carpet tiles, and rubber or vinyl cove base
- Painting: brush, roll and spray
What you'll be responsible for as a Finisher/Remodeler:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
- Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle
- Explain the restoration process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for work flow and timelines
- Review completed files for profitability and accuracy of the original scope.
- Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to administration
What you need to have:
- 1-3 years carpentry experience managing water damage and fire damage emergency services
- Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills
- Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very strong organizational and time management skills.
- Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
- Must be reliable, dependable and drug free
