Primary objectives are to move material from Pour/Demold area in a smooth and expeditious fashion while maintaining finishers material by grinding produced vanity tops and other products. Maintain Flow in the Factory.

Responsibilities/Target Outcomes
Improvement
- Make Incremental improvements to save 2 seconds everyday. Share with Our Team on Whatsapp. Shoot Videos of your work.
- Stop and Fix Problems as they Occur.
Grind
- Video Game-Like Control Machine that Grinds Tops with Power. Keep Standards. No Defects Past Your Work Area.
- Use a Sweet Flip Cart to Move Tops.
- Carry Stuff. Move things.
Demold
- Scrape and Remove Material On Time. Maintain Molds and move to Set Operatives.
The Nitty Gritty
- Keep the Schedule Flowing and Correct. Know how to use a touchscreen efficiently.
- Love on Our Customers. Make Us Laugh, Have Fun.
Educate
- We Learn ALOT. Wanna Get Life Smart. Learn to keep a budget, manage relationships, and be a contributor to society. Lean is Pretty Cool too.
