Infrared Fitness Studio - Fitness Sales Associates
HOTWORX, a 24-hour Infrared Fitness Studio, is looking for ambitious and motivated fitness sales associates to join our team! This is YOUR opportunity to be part of this groundbreaking, FIRST ever, innovative fitness concept coming to Corpus Christi Southside!
HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIT) session. As the Infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.
Our patented sauna combines heat, infrared, and exercise- what we like to call “3D Training” – and makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available!
Minimum Requirements:
- Sales experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Passion for Health and Fitness.
- Coachable and dependable.
- Goal Driven & eager to exceed sales quotas.
- Social media marketing - Insta/FB/TikTok.
- Outgoing Personality.
- B2B experience.
- required to maintain the highest standards of guest service & cleanliness.
- Computer skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Can handle objections.
- Must be available to work weekends
- 3 References Required
Commission-based, only during presale - $13 per sale (uncapped)
Hourly + Commission + Bonus once we open! $13/hour and up (uncapped)
Hours: 20-25 hours weekly
Hours of operation: Mon - Thurs 11am - 8pm, Fri 9am - 6pm & Saturday 11 - 4pm (schedule can vary during presale)
Initial and ongoing training provided.
