WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Full-Time/Part- Time Bus Driver- (Fixed Looped Route)

Come join our Lux Bus America team in San Simeon! The view from your office every day will be historic Hearst Castle to the east and the majestic Pacific Ocean to the west! A unique opportunity is waiting for you if you are passionate about transportation and customer service. Where you will provide shuttle bus services to guests from all over the US and the world. We are looking for Bus Drivers to be a part of the Hearst Castle shuttle service provided by Lux Bus America.

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

• $5000 Sign-on Bonus
• Paid training
• $30 monthly phone allowance (Full-Time Only)
• $15 monthly phone allowance (Part-Time Only)

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule- Includes Weekends and Holidays
• Stable Position Multi-Year Contract
• Year-Round Work

Pay Rate:

• The hourly wage range that Lux Bus America reasonably expects to pay for the position is $30.00/hr.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Safely navigate to and from Hearst Castle.
• Interact with clients, customers, sub-contracted drivers, and fellow company drivers onsite in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Performs pre-trip transit vehicle inspections; identifies and reports safety concerns, defects and malfunctions, and other needed repairs.
• Assists passengers requiring special assistance in a professional manner to ensure access for all passengers and promote passenger safety

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A or B Required
• Minimum 2 Years of Commercial Driving experience
• Clean driving record K4-Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Passenger Endorsements (Not Required will Train)
• Air Brake Endorsements (Not Required will Train)
• Paid Training for Endorsements
• Must be at least 25 years of age
