Let’s Talk About the Job: Machine Operator
The Machine Operator will work ten-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday either on the second shift, your choice! This position plays a vital role in the success of the Inland team with a variety of tasks including:
- Read and understand a job ticket to ensure the correct product is produced to quantity and specification.
- Maintains overall production and quality of jobs by operating press according to standard operating procedures.
- Makes decisions regarding quality, color control, and color standards.
- Completes necessary paperwork and records, including recording operations and inventory on computer.
- Completes multiple quality checks and tests to ensure product meets all physical and visual requirements.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- Ability to work well with others
- Highly motivated and detail oriented
