Aaustin Express is currently hiring Route Drivers for cargo vans located in Grand Blanc. Shifts 4-5 days per week, Monday – Friday with a few weekend days during high volume times, approximately 10 hours per day, and consist of approximately 40 stops per day depending on area.

This is a perfect transition for Amazon Drivers who are tired of 200+ stops and working every weekend!

Your responsibilities will be making pick up and deliveries for DHL customers. You will be provided uniforms and drive a newer cargo van. A scanner will be provided to scan deliveries and pick ups. Packages range in size from letters to skids. We have a solid team and are looking to grow additional routes. We can be flexible with your scheduled days however everyone needs availability on Monday as it is our highest volume day.

We offer health benefits after 60 days, paid time off after 90 days, and paid vacation days after one year. There are occasionally opportunities to advance to supervisor roles as well.

Driver Job Workload, Pay and Benefits:

Workload based on an 8 to10 hour shift, shift not done until route is complete

Job Requirements:

• Must be available to be placed on a schedule Monday-Friday some Sundays.
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs (Average shipment weight is less than 10 lbs)
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Qualifications/Driving record and Criminal Background check:

• Absolutely no DUI/OWI convictions ever.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within 26 months.
• No felony convictions.
• No theft, drug or violence convictions.
• Able to pass a pre-hire and random drug screens.
• Take the delivery driver assessment on Indeed.

Stating wage: $15.00 per hour w/OT after 40 hours in a week.
