The Position: We are seeking to fill a Floor Coverer position. We are looking for someone to perform a variety of duties within the general field of maintenance floor covering. Please note that this is a Project Full-Time position with an estimated end date of December 31, 2023*.

The ideal candidate has:*

• Proof of vaccination on first day of employment. Please read our vaccination policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least five years of journeyman level experience
• Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record

What will you do?

• Remove, install, apply, cut, sew, tape, or lay carpet, including pad, linoleum sheet goods, linoleum tile, carpet tile, vinyl composition tile, ceramic tile, and resilient coatings
• Measure and estimate floor covering materials
• Stock warehouse and job sites with boxes of tiles and large rolls of carpets
• Remove and install devices for attaching of carpets, linoleum, rubber, and other resilient floor coverings
• Remove and install rubber or vinyl cover base
• Remove and install plastic laminates, non-slip or abrasive materials, rubber, cork, or plastic materials
