The AG Group Inc. is now hiring EXPERIENCED FLOOR INSTALLERS for Carpet, LVP, LVT, Laminate, & Hardwood Flooring. MUST BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PASS BACKGROUND CHECK.

Installers must be able to uphold our quality and craftsmanship on each and every project. No exceptions. The faster you work, the more money you can make. Must be able to work with little to no Supervision. This is a positive and friendly environment.

Must be able to work well with others, communicate in an effective manner and follow instructions well. Must be able to meet and exceed client expectations, meet deadlines, meet clients at their home to complete projects, and clean after each and every project. Client complaints will not be tolerated. Incentives may be provided for our top performers. Communication is KEY and is vital to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to follow companies’ flooring procedures, if applicable, with keen attention to detail.
• Keep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Responsible for properly handling company’s machinery and power tools (Ex: Knee Kits, Power Stretcher Tool, Wood Pin Grippers, Etc) Whatever is needed to complete the job with quality.
• Knowledge of units of measurement and able to complete simple math calculations
• Must follow any and all OSHA safety standards and will be required to take training.
• Must understand and complete the scope of work on each project BEFORE going to the location.
• Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Must be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer’s home
• Must ensure our high quality standards are met in a consistent and timely manner
• Our job demands customer satisfaction, no exceptions. If the client is unhappy with the service, you may not be able to perform present or future work.
• This position requires travel throughout the week
• Must be able to read and understand plans for the home
• Must be able to properly measure space for installing carpet
• Must be able to complete any and all tasks WITHOUT damaging customer’s property.
• Must be willing to wear a mask within the client’s home, if asked.
• Must be able to install flooring and provide demolition for any projects that may have water damage, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1 year flooring installation experience with carpeting being at least 85-90% of the jobs.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have a vehicle
• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly
• Must be able to squat, stand, walk, and crawl for long periods of time, depending on the need of the project.
• Must be able to travel to various work locations throughout the week
• Must remove all trash and debris from each and every project. NO EXCEPTIONS
• Must wear safety equipment for protection such as goggles, knee pads, etc.

Pay:

Pay is Biweekly, every other Friday via direct deposit

Pay rate is $19.24/hr-$30/hr (Higher pay depends on experience and tools you may already have to complete the job. Must prove work ethic and dependability and pass other additional protocols)

This is a W2 employee position, not a subcontractor or 1099 position UNLESS you have the proper business licenses, insurances, workers compensation, Auto insurance, etc.
