The duties of this job will include delivering products in a safe, courteous, timely and professional manner. You will assist with connecting and disconnecting hoses for loading and unloading bulk flour.

The primary schedule will be 2nd shift hours, approximately 2pm to midnight. You will also work some weekends.

Requirements of a successful Flour Delivery Driver:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current Class A CDL. Tanker endorsement preferred, but not required.
  • At least 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience, 3 years preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Work weekends and holidays as scheduled; willingness to work nights
  • Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
  • Experience driving in the snow and ice
  • Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and reference checks and successfully pass Bartlett’s road test, which will include a proper pre and post trip inspection of the vehicle
Here are some of the physical requirements of this role:
  • Climb into and out of cab multiple times per shift
  • Climb a ladder and steps 10 or more times a day
  • Lift 50 or more pounds daily while climbing steps
  • Drive and work in adverse weather conditions
  • Hook and unhook hoses and open and close valves
All employees shall be subject to drug testing and background checks.
