WHAT WE DO
FD is a full scale logistics management and delivery software designed specifically for the floral industry by floral industry veterans. Our software provides delivery route creation + management, optimized routing, full circle communication + messaging, geo enabled proof of delivery, real time delivery tracking, automated dispatch, customizable analytics dashboard, and delivery efficiency tools.

DRIVER MARKETPLACE
Alongside our suite of innovative software solutions we have integrated a driver marketplace that connects independent drivers directly to local florists. Florists connect with local drivers to facilitate the delivery of their flowers and establish working relationships. Once connected to a florist or florists, drivers are given access to the delivery platform where they accept routes on a daily basis. Our drivers are held to the highest standard. Attention to detail and proper handling are a must to get flower arrangements from the flower shop to recipients…Because of this, we pay considerably more than crowd sourced delivery platforms.

WE ARE NOT THE DOORDASH FOR FLOWERS
Although the concept of FD may seem similar to DoorDash and delivery platforms of the like, we are very different. Our goal is to connect fantastic drivers with our network of florists and for them to establish long term working relationships. On average the ratio of drivers to florists is roughly 2-3/1 with that number being higher in more population dense areas. Holidays such as Mother’s Day, Valentines Day, Christmas, Easter, etc. are extremely busy for florists and require many more drivers than the average. Another key difference is that our drivers deliver routes not individual deliveries. Our routes will have multiple delivery stops with a single pickup and we pay on a per delivery basis. Drive less and earn more as we say!

WHAT CAN A DRIVER EXPECT
Typical flower deliveries occur between the hours of 9AM and 3PM which makes this an ideal gig for stay at home parents, retired individuals, and individuals that have experience handling or designing flowers. There are times when deliveries are required outside of those hours but 90% of FD deliveries occur between 9AM-3PM. Through the FD platform drivers will be in constant communication with the florists they deliver for and routes will be dispatched on an ongoing basis and in advance.

HOW AND WHAT ARE DRIVERS PAID
FD’s Independent Drivers will be paid directly through the FD platform via direct deposit. Drivers are Independent Contractors and will be issued a 1099 at the end of the year based on their earnings for that year.

Driver pay consists of 4 components:

1. Callout Fee - This is paid every time a driver is dispatched to a florist to pickup a route

2. Arrangement Fee - This is paid for each individual arrangement that is delivered

3. Travel Fee - This is paid on a per mile basis for each mile traveled in a route

4. Tips - These are paid by florists and consumers based on the performance of drivers

THE FD REGISTRATION PROCESS
Our goal is to provide a fulfilling environment for our drivers coupled with an opportunity for great earning potential. In order to do this we will adhere to the following process:

1. Determine needs in specific geographic areas

2. Recruit local talent in specified areas

3. Review all local applicants

4. Contact qualified applicants

5. Provide exclusive registration access

Once registered you will be invited to connect with florists in your area to start delivering beautiful flowers.
