Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing of brand including all aspects of Sales and Marketing
- Merchandise line with Design team
- Drive customer engagement
- Define and develop Brand’s reputation
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct consumer and market research
- Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date
- Establish and maintain brand budgets
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities
- Preparing sales budgets and projections
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in Men’s Footwear
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Communicative and expresses ideas clearly, concisely and possesses solid oral and written communications skills, within and outside the company
- Demonstrates good judgment and negotiating skills
- Able to form strong internal, as well as external business relationships
- Must be organized, a multi-tasker and analytical
